For us ?

It is: THE EUCHARIST, SOURCE and CULMINATING POINT of our life...

The BREAD and WINE become BODY and BLOOD of CHRIST.

We eat and drink it to LIVE through HIM and in HIM.

We celebrate Mass every morning of the week, at 8.00am,

and on Sundays at 11.00am.

It is also... THE LITURGY,

...where the Church turns towards God, morning, noon, and night to PRAISE HIM, REJOICE and THANK HIM FOR HIS WONDERS, and IMPLORE HIM for the needs of mankind.

Every day of the week we SING :

• VIGILS at 5.50am,
  
• MORNING PRAYER at 7.00am (7.40am on Sundays),
  
• MIDDAY PRAYER at 1.50pm,
  
• EVENING PRAYER at 5.50pm (5.30pm on Sundays),
  
• and NIGHT PRAYER at 8.00pm.
